Why do we recommend this preparation?
Gravida is a complex multivitamin preparation containing 14 vitamins and 11 minerals.It contains iodine! Iodine deficiency is very frequent in some regions of Hungary, and it must be so among expectant mothers too.1,2 The mother’s iodine deficiency may cause disturbances in the baby’s thyroid gland function, which is harmful to the development of the nervous system. In accordance with European recommendations for pregnant women, Gravida contains 0.15 mg iodine3.3.
